ANTUKO
Antuko was established in 2012 in Chile to facilitate the penetration of renewable energy projects (solar and wind). First thanks to an activity of trading (purchase and sale) of electrical energy via PPAs, and later thanks to an important consulting work built around energy price projections. Antuko extended its activities to Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Spain and Portugal, accompanying developers, generators, IPPs and banks, and supporting from the conception of the projects to their financing, commercial operation, design of energy sales strategies, analysis of risks, and purchase and sale transactions of projects and plants.
With all this, Antuko has acquired a holistic understanding of the entire value chain of electricity generation, which today allows it to be at the forefront of the sector.
Green
Hydrogen
Green hydrogen is a key vector in the energy transaction, which allows optimal use of renewable generation and long-term energy storage. Antuko develops realistic green hydrogen projects in markets where there is a real opportunity.
energy storage with batteries (BESS)
Large-scale energy storage with batteries is a fundamental piece in the energy transition, since it allows absorbing the intermittency of renewable generation (solar and wind) and thereby providing security and stability to transmission and dispatch systems. Antuko develops BESS projects in markets in which the penetration of renewables generates significant distortions.
Energy transactions (PPAs):
From both the perspective of the energy producer and the consumer, reaching long-term energy purchase agreements is beneficial in the environment of the energy transition. But carrying out this type of transaction is highly complex and requires extensive knowledge of the realities of each party. Thanks to his extensive experience, Antuko has been able to develop this knowledge and supports both generators and consumers in the search and closing of PPAs.
